Please read these terms carefully before using the AfroHoney platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

By creating an account or using the AfroHoney platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Standards.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AfroHoney. This is a strict requirement enforced through our registration and verification processes.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
AfroHoney reserves the right to request additional age verification at any time and to terminate accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date.
Each person may only create one account. Duplicate, fraudulent, or misleading accounts will be terminated immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use AfroHoney solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the platform's intended use as a relationship community.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or any abusive behaviour toward other members is strictly prohibited.
You must not use the platform for commercial purposes, solicitation, or promoting external products and services.
Uploading, sharing, or requesting adult content, explicit material, or nudity is strictly prohibited.
Financial exchanges between members are strictly prohibited. The platform is not to be used for financial solicitation of any kind.
You must not attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape data, or interfere with platform operations.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to AfroHoney, including photos, bio text, and messages.
By uploading content, you grant AfroHoney a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform for operational purposes.
The AfroHoney name, logo, design, and all platform content are the intellectual property of AfroHoney and e-Global Media Consulting LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

All payments within AfroHoney are subscription-based membership fees only.
Free accounts have access to basic features. Premium memberships (Gold and Platinum) unlock additional functionality and enhanced visibility.
All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

AfroHoney reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these terms or our Community Standards.
We may verify profiles through email, date of birth confirmation, or selfie verification to maintain platform integrity and member safety.
Profiles found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of our guidelines may be suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.

AfroHoney is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service at all times.
AfroHoney is not responsible for the actions, behaviour, or content of its members. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including interactions with other members.
We strongly recommend following our safety guidelines when communicating with or meeting other members.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AfroHoney reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, our Community Standards, or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of AfroHoney shall be resolved through the courts of the State of Delaware, United States.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
